Part of the Cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach

Meet the Senator:

During more than two decades in the General Assembly, Senator Frank Wagner has become one of Virginia's leading experts in energy policy.  His visionary Virginia Energy Plan is the guide the Commonwealth follows in its efforts to achieve energy independence in an environmentally safe and responsible manner.  A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a Navy veteran, Frank now owns and operates Davis Boat Works, a small business in Hampton Roads.  Frank was elected to the Virginia Senate in 2000 after a decade of service in the House of Delegates.  His military, business, and legislative experience allow Frank to be an effective voice in the Senate for Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
