Meet the Senator:

In 2011, Dick Black won election to the Virginia Senate where he once again serves the communities that previously elected him to four terms in the House of Delegates. An attorney, decorated Marine veteran, and retired U.S. Army Colonel, Dick developed a reputation in the House for strong constituent service, focus on local issues, and conservative values. As a Senator, he is using these same traits to help the families and businesses of the 13th District.
