Next Tuesday, voters from across the country will head to the polls for what will be a monumental election. I encourage you to join me in supporting my friend, Scott Rigell, for Congress. He is a businessman, a patriot, a veteran, and a great American. He and his family are in this race, to make a difference in Washington and steer this country back in the right direction. I will be voting for Scott and I hope you will as well.

If you'd like to learn more about Scott, please visit his website at In addition, if you are interested in volunteering these next few days, contact Luke at the Rigell Campaign office, 757-802-9936 or his cell phone, 757-353-7058.

In addition to electing a Congressional Representative, five City Council members, and six School Board Members, there are three Constitutional Amendments for your consideration.

For detailed information on each of these amendments,  click here to visit the State Board of Elections website.

If for some reason you will be unable to vote on November 2nd, be sure to vote absentee. Absentee ballot applications must be mailed by Tuesday, October 26th. Click here to download an absentee ballot application. In addition, in-person absentee voting is available now and will continue until this Saturday, October 30th at 5:00 p.m. Click here to download the full list of in-person absentee voting locations provided by the Virginia Beach Voter Registrar.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact my office by email at or by phone at 757-965-3700.

I look forward to seeing you at the Victory Party on November 2nd at the Westin Hotel in Town Center starting at 8:00 p.m.
